This quick and easy Candy Corn Popcorn Bark is the perfect fall treat, combining salty popcorn, creamy white chocolate, and chewy candy corn. Ready in just 15 minutes, it’s a crowd-pleaser for Halloween parties, bake sales, or cozy movie nights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 cups popped popcorn (plain or lightly salted)
  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips or melting wafers
  • 1 cup candy corn
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Pop the popcorn and spread it out on the prepared baking sheet. Remove any unpopped kernels and let cool completely.
  3. Place white chocolate chips in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each, until completely smooth and melted (about 1.5 to 2 minutes total).
  4. Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn on the baking sheet. Add candy corn and peanuts (if using). Gently fold everything together with a spatula until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture into an even layer on the baking sheet, pressing down gently. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top while chocolate is still wet.
  6. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate is completely firm. Alternatively, freeze for 10 minutes.
  7. Once set, lift the parchment paper off the baking sheet and break the bark into irregular pieces with your hands.
  8. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

Use fresh popcorn for best crunch. Avoid heavily buttered popcorn. Work quickly once chocolate is melted. For best results, use high-quality white chocolate with cocoa butter. The bark tastes even better the next day.
