This easy candy corn Halloween bark comes together in under 10 minutes with simple ingredients like white chocolate, candy corn, and pretzels. It’s the perfect last-minute treat for Halloween parties that looks like you spent hours making it.

Ingredients

  • White chocolate melting wafers, 12 ounces (Ghirardelli or Merckens recommended)
  • Candy corn, 1 cup (Brach’s recommended)
  • Pretzel sticks, 1 cup, roughly crushed
  • Orange and yellow sprinkles, 2 tablespoons (optional)
  • Sea salt, 1/4 teaspoon (flaky salt like Maldon is ideal)

Instructions

  1. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper, extending slightly over the edges for easy removal.
  2. Crush the pretzel sticks in a ziploc bag using a rolling pin or measuring cup until you have a mix of small crumbs and pea-sized chunks.
  3. Melt the white chocolate wafers in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring between each interval, until smooth and glossy (about 2 minutes total).
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even rectangle about 1/4-inch thick (roughly 9×12 inches).
  5. Immediately sprinkle the crushed pretzels evenly over the chocolate, then scatter the candy corn on top. Press them down gently so they stick.
  6. Add the sprinkles and finish with a light pinch of sea salt.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or 20 minutes in the freezer) until completely firm.
  8. Lift the parchment paper to remove the bark, then break into irregular 2-3 inch pieces with your hands.

Notes

Use white chocolate melting wafers instead of chips for smoother melting. If using chips, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Work quickly once chocolate is on the pan as white chocolate sets fast. For best results, have all toppings measured before melting chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
