These easy turkey pinwheel wraps are the perfect lunchbox solution—fun, quick to make, and packed with flavor. With a creamy ranch spread, tender turkey, and crunchy veggies, they’re a crowd-pleaser for kids and adults alike.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch size)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing or 1 tablespoon dry ranch seasoning
  • 810 slices deli turkey, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing (or dry ranch seasoning). Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a cutting board. If stiff, microwave for 10 seconds to make pliable.
  3. Spread a generous, even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla, going all the way to the edges.
  4. Place the slices of deli turkey evenly over the cream cheese, overlapping slightly to cover the entire tortilla.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded lettuce, shredded carrots, and sliced bell peppers evenly over the turkey. Add shredded cheddar cheese if using.
  6. Starting from one end, carefully but firmly roll the tortilla into a tight log, tucking in the filling as you go. Roll all the way to the end, seam side down.
  7. Wrap the rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  8. After chilling, unwrap the roll and place it on a cutting board. Using a sharp serrated knife, trim off the very ends, then slice the roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels using a gentle sawing motion.
  9. Arrange the pinwheels in a lunchbox or on a platter. Serve cold.

Notes

Pat veggies dry to prevent sogginess. Chill for at least 30 minutes for clean slices. Use a serrated knife for best results. Wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Not suitable for freezing.
